Is it normal to feel nausea after taking a Chew or Tincture?Updated a year ago

Everyone’s genetic makeup is unique. Some people may be more sensitive to Kanna and experience mild, temporary nausea when first taking a Chew, but it usually subsides within a few minutes. If you feel a wave of nausea, pause, take a deep breath and let it pass knowing it's completely normal and short lived. Odds are, your body will get used to the empathogenic ingredients and you won't feel nauseous when taking KA! regularly. If the nausea persists, take KA! with food instead of on an empty stomach.

PRO TIP: Instead of chewing and swallowing the chews immediately, suck on them and let them slowly dissolve in your mouth instead. This way, you are absorbing the Kanna directly through the mucosal membrane of your mouth and you will feel the effects more quickly while bypassing the gastrointestinal tract, thereby preventing nausea.
