What are your standard order processing and domestic U.S. shipping times?Updated 5 months ago

Orders generally ship the same day if placed by 3pm U.S. Eastern Time, and they ship the next business day if placed after 3pm U.S. Eastern Time. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays. *There will be additional days for order processing during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush. Please refer to the holiday shipping FAQ for details.

Standard U.S. shipping time is 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping time is 2 business days. This is in addition to the above mentioned processing time.  *For ship times during the holiday rush period please refer to the holiday shipping FAQ for details.

We take great care in making sure packages get shipped to our customers on time. However, once our products leave the fulfillment center they are in the care of third party carriers such as the United States Postal Service(USPS) and we no longer have control.
